Sprint Spinning Studio is owned and run by Shane Prendergast, who was a member of several Irish Cycling teams as both a Junior and Senior cyclist.
His constant drive, enthusiasm and energy then led him to where he is today with Sprint Spinning Studio.
Shane’s in depth knowledge of training, health and fitness means that he knows how to obtain results, making him the great instructor that he is. His friendly and approachable personality makes him easy to chat to about your goals and he will help you achieve them, no matter what your starting level of fitness or weight is.
Shane also realizes that in society today, a healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body, and therefore encourages everybody to come to Sprint Spinning Studio to unwind and enjoy the class, even if fitness or weight loss is not your goal.
Originally from South Africa, Erin has been working as a fitness instructor and personal trainer for a number of years.
With a background in ballet and contemporary dance, fitness has always been a part of Erin's life as well as a passion - a passion she believes in sharing.
Erin encourages regular exercise not only because it promotes a healthy and fulfilling life but also for the pure enjoyment of it and the positive atmosphere as experienced at Sprint Spinning Studio.

Originally from Dublin, and having spent 11 years living in Cape Cod, Massachusettes, Ruth has returned to Ireland and now lives just outside Gorey in Co.Wexford. With a love, passion and enthusiasm for health & fitness and with a background in gymnastics and athletics, Ruth is a popular coach in her local track and field club.
Having been looking for yet another awesome instructor to join Sprint Spinning Studio’s growing team, we were thrilled when Ruth came and qualified as aPersonal Trainer with us here at Sprint Health & Fitness College earlier this year. With her super friendly and enthusiastic personality, we knew straight away that she would be an asset to the team.
